Who we are
Manatee Driveways (manateedriveways.com) is a marketing and referral service covering east Manatee County, Florida. We are not a construction company and we don't perform driveway work ourselves — we connect property owners with licensed, insured local contractors who do.
That distinction matters here, because it means information you give us is shared with a third party by design.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one — it's optional
- The location of your property, usually a road and nearest town
- Whatever you write in the message field
When you call
The phone numbers on this site are tracking numbers provided by CallRail. When you call, CallRail records the number you called from, the time, the duration, and which page or search brought you to the site. That call is then connected to the contractor.
Calls to these numbers are recorded
Calls placed to the phone numbers on this site are recorded. You will hear an automated announcement telling you so before the conversation begins.
Florida law requires the consent of everyone taking part in a call before it can be recorded. Continuing with the call after the announcement is how you give that consent. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up after the announcement and use the contact form or email instead — you'll get the same callback either way, and it costs you nothing.
Recordings are used to confirm that enquiries were passed on and answered. They are stored by CallRail under their retention settings, and are not published, sold or shared beyond the contractor handling your enquiry.
You can ask us to delete a recording of your own call — email info@manateedriveways.com.
Automatically, when you visit
CallRail sets cookies and reads basic technical information — your IP address, browser, and the search or link that brought you here — so it can show the right tracking number and attribute a call to a source. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or third-party analytics beyond what CallRail requires.
Why we collect it
- To get you a callback. A contractor cannot quote a driveway without knowing where it is and how to reach you.
- To know which pages bring in enquiries, so we know what's worth writing more of.
- To keep a record of enquiries passed on, which is how our arrangement with the contractor is measured.
Who we share it with
This is the part most privacy policies bury, so it's going here in plain terms.
When you contact us, we pass your details to a licensed local contractor so they can call you back. Name, phone number, property location and your description of the work. That contractor is an independent business. Once they contact you, your dealings — quotes, contracts, payment — are directly with them, and how they handle your information is governed by their own practices, not ours.
We also use these service providers:
- Formspree — receives and delivers contact form submissions.
- CallRail — call tracking and dynamic phone numbers.
- Our hosting provider — serves the site and keeps server logs.
- Google Sheets — where a copy of form submissions may be logged for record-keeping.
We don't sell your information
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they're useful — typically a couple of years — as a record of work referred. Call metadata is retained by CallRail under their own retention settings. If you want your details removed sooner, ask and we'll do it.

- Delete your details
- Stop contacting you
Email info@manateedriveways.com and we'll handle it. We won't ask why. Note that if a contractor already has your details, you'll need to contact them separately — we can tell you who it was.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are CallRail's, used to match your visit to a phone number and its source. Blocking them won't break anything — you'll see our default number instead of a source-specific one. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in settings.
Children
This site is for property owners arranging construction work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Substantive changes get a note here rather than a quiet edit.
