Get a Real Number for Your Driveway
Tell us what you've got. We'll connect you with a licensed local contractor who'll walk the property and give you a firm price with the scope written out.
How this works
Manatee Driveways is a marketing service, not a construction company. We know this work and this county — the permit process, the county specs, what makes a driveway fail out here — and we put property owners in touch with a licensed, insured local contractor who does the work.
You'll deal with that contractor directly. They walk your property, give you the quote, pull the permit and do the job. Your contract is with them, not with us. We don't mark up their price and it costs you nothing to be introduced.
What happens after you get in touch
- You tell us roughly what you're dealing with — new drive, culvert, washout, or you're not sure — and where the property is. A few minutes on the phone is usually enough.
- We pass it to a licensed, insured contractor who works your part of the county.
- They call you, usually the same or next working day, and arrange to come out.
- They walk the property with you, look at the ditch line and where water actually goes, and give you a firm number with the scope written out.
- If you want to compare it against someone else, that written scope means the next contractor is pricing the same job.
